微软 Exchange Online 的组邮箱收不到外部邮件

见鬼了。 从 4/1/2017 开始， Exchange Online 的组邮箱，无论是分发组邮箱还是 Office365 组邮箱，有的收不到外部邮件，有的可以，有的有时候不可以，又有时候可以。 个人邮箱又不受此影响。 前天给微软支持，到现在还没有解决。 其他人有没有碰到？
